Simple steps such as standardizing our messaging to focus on our core issues and value proposition and being more strategic in how, what, and to whom we communicate will go a long way in keeping the industry's value to Utah at the forefront of energy policy and regulatory discussions. One of UPA's communications goals this year has been to identify, educate, and train employees and industry supporters who can speak on behalf of the industry and its role in their lives at public hearings and events.
